長野知豪酒店 (Chisun Grand Nagano)

房間很大，花灑水壓有點弱，不過整體不錯！ 地下大堂可以取牙刷，茶包，cream等等，都方便。

距離長野車站約650公尺，長野本身不算是大城市，故飯店附近也沒什店家。 飯店服務及設備尚可，唯房間超小，小到有窒息感，後貼1600日幣換得較大房間。

酒店有點老但維護得很好，雙床房房間夠大，樓下大堂提供咖啡茶水毛巾，還有DHC的小包裝化粧水/乳液/卸粧油等。另外設定有沙發閲讀區，以及免費的自助行李寄存。步行到JR站10分鐘也還可以接受，感覺跟JR站旁邊的長野東日本大都會大飯店很像，但價位親民許多，整體來説很滿意

去了9次日本，沒想到這一次，住到了有史以來最差的酒店！兒子從小到大每次旅遊帶在身邊的睡覺安慰物（一件小絨衫），在早上離開房間時，好好的放在他的床上。晚上回到房間，找了20遍，消失無蹤！去前台詢問是否是打掃的阿姨錯收走，告訴我打掃的人員下班了。我説物品很重要，請你電話她詢問。電話了，説沒有看到。讓我回房間再找一遍。我告訴她已經找了20遍，你們的床墊我都掀開了，請你們再找！好，她告訴我次日早上會詢問負責酒店衞生的第三方公司。第二日，早上提醒一次。晚上回到酒店詢問——無果。我請她們要求第三方再次檢查。第三日——依然無果。用翻譯器在大堂裡就這個事情，面對不同的服務人員，説了至少3遍。我告訴他們這是我在日本遇到最離譜的酒店，最差的服務。房間的物品憑空消失了，是一件情感價值超過本身價值太多的物品。很遺憾，必須寫下這個差評。長野很好，但這個酒店很糟糕。I have been to Japan nine times, and I never expected that this time, I would stay in the worst hotel ever! My son has always carried a sleeping comfort item （a small fleece shirt） with him on every 訂房網站 since he was little, and it was placed on his bed when we left the room in the morning. When we returned to the room in the evening, after searching 20 times, it disappeared without a trace! I inquired at the front desk if the cleaning staff might have mistakenly taken it away and was told that the cleaners had already left work. I said the item was very important and asked them to call and inquire. They called and said they didn't see it. I told them I had searched the room 20 times, even lifting the mattress, and asked them to look again. They told me they would inquire with the third-party company responsible for hotel sanitation the next morning. I reminded them the next morning, and when I returned to the hotel in the evening to ask — still no results. I asked them to request the third party to check again. On the third day — still no results. I used a translator in the lobby to talk about this matter with different service staff, repeating it at least three times. I told them this is the most outrageous hotel I have encountered in Japan, with the worst service. An item in the room disappeared into thin air, and it is an item with emotional value far exceeding its own value. I regret that I must write this bad review. Nagano is great, but this hotel is terrible.

到長野站時才下午五點多，但天色已黑，三人拉著行李箱，導航長野知豪酒店，從車站出來向右走大路，過紅綠燈，然後就被導到一段通往停車樓的小路，沒有人行道，正值傍晚停車高峰期，一輛接一輛的車排隊去往停車樓，我們三人拉著行李箱溜邊前行，感覺好遠，後悔為什麼不選車站附近的呢？還沒出JR長野站，就看見好幾家酒店，納悶當初為啥選了這家？估計是家庭房的緣故？酒店其實就挨著火車站鐵軌，晚上還能聽見火車過往的聲音。房間如果是兩人間，大小還可以，但三人間就加了沙發床，空間也變擠了。不是乾濕分離。白天回酒店取行李時，又走了一遍小路，從無印良品旁邊的小窄道一路右拐，到酒店也就5分路程。行李在大堂自助寄存，很方便。

房間在日本算大的，服務態度也很好。步行到火車站大概六七分鐘。還算方便。還是挺推薦的。

酒店就在jr站裡，出行非常方便。有些年代的酒店，維護得蠻不錯，並且乾淨衞生。去戶隱的車就在酒店對面，和去東京的巴士同一站點。

一流的住宿 這家酒店距離長野站約5分鐘步程，尚算方便。 入住手續： 快捷方便，職員懂英語。 大堂： 有報刊、咖啡☕️、茶包及個人護理用品提供。 房間： 非常寛闊，景觀開揚，最特別是有按摩椅，紓緩疲勞。亦有咖啡機及UCC咖啡供應。 浴室潔淨，亦有浴缸🛁。 總結來說，這家酒店🏨絕對不錯👍。
